Trust and Safety
Our commitment to your family

Allowing someone to support your child's daily routine is a significant decision. We understand this completely, and we take that responsibility seriously. Our service is designed to provide not only practical support but complete peace of mind.

Carefully selected assistants

Every KinRoute assistant is chosen through a careful screening process. We look beyond experience to assess reliability, judgement, communication, and a natural warmth in working with children. Only candidates who meet our standards are invited to join.
Wherever possible, we match your family with the same assistant — so your child builds familiarity and trust over time.

Vetting and safeguarding

All assistants undergo: enhanced DBS checks (verified and current), two professional references (independently verified), identity and right-to-work checks, and safeguarding awareness training — all completed before their first journey.
We maintain high safeguarding standards at every stage, ensuring your child is supported by someone who is prepared, responsible, and trustworthy.

A fully managed service

KinRoute is not an app or a marketplace. We coordinate journeys, assign assistants, and oversee schedules to ensure consistency and reliability. You are never left to manage arrangements on your own — we handle the coordination for you.

Safe and thoughtful journeys

Every journey is planned with care. Whether on foot, via public transport, or coordinated with a private driver, we ensure routes are appropriate, timings are managed, and your child is supported throughout. Our focus is always on calm, safe, well-organised travel.

Clear communication

We keep you informed — when your child has been collected, when they have arrived, and how the journey went. Communication is simple, consistent, and designed to give reassurance without unnecessary complexity.

Privacy and discretion

We respect the privacy of every family we work with. All information is handled with discretion, and our assistants maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality at all times.

Our commitment

Every decision we make — from recruitment to daily coordination — is guided by one principle: your child's safety, wellbeing, and comfort always come first.
