KinRoute is launching soon. We're building South West London's dedicated children's transport service — school runs, enrichment activities, and family journeys — and we're looking for licensed private hire drivers to join us from day one.
What we're looking for:

A current TfL Private Hire Vehicle driver's licence

A vehicle in excellent condition, licensed for private hire

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

A genuine, calm, trustworthy manner with children and parents alike

Reliability above all else — families are trusting you with their child's safety, in the most important part of their day
What you can expect:

Flexible, self-employed hours: 7:00–9:00am and 3:00–5:00pm, Monday–Friday (term-time), with optional extra hours for enrichment, one-off, and club-pickup bookings — plenty of room to combine with other work during the day

Safeguarding training provided, including TfL's Safeguarding Awareness course and a Level 3 Safeguarding Children certification — so you're properly equipped for working with children, not just licensed to drive

The same families, consistently — you'll build an ongoing relationship, not a different stranger each day

A properly licensed operator behind you — KinRoute is completing its TfL Private Hire Operator Licence application, so you're working within a fully compliant, accountable structure from day one
